The Kentucky Wesleyan College PantherNet portal is a door into the College's information systems and a tool for communicating with other members of the KWC community. As such, it requires and employs strict security and privacy features. Individuals using the portal are subject to all policies of Kentucky Wesleyan College, including The Kentucky Wesleyan College Information Technology Appropriate Use Policy (http://www.kwc.edu/infoserv/handbook/hndbk4.htm). Individuals who use the portal to gain unauthorized access to data or communication tools are considered in violation of College policies, and may also be in violation of state and federal laws.
