EXAMINATIONS FOR EVENING CLASSES (Classes beginning at 5:00 p.m. or later) WILL BE HELD THE FIRST REGULARLY SCHEDULED PERIOD ON OR AFTER May 7th


Kentucky Wesleyan College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide transcript ordering via the Web. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed.
• To order an official transcript(s), login to the Clearinghouse Secure Site.
• The site will walk you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session.
• Order updates will be emailed to you. You can also track your order online.


If you are a current Kentucky Wesleyan College Student and want to take online courses, you must meet the following criteria:
 
- You must have a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA
 
- You must have completed at least 30 semester hours
 
To register for online courses, please fill out a registration form (available here) and turn it in to the Registrar's Office during your registration dates. We cannot take registration forms before your registration date, but we may take them after.
 
Please remember that students are limited to two online courses during the summer term and one online course during the traditional fall and spring semesters.

Taken from the 2011-2012 catalog. Second-semester juniors must complete an official checklist with the Registrar prior to graduation (to schedule an appointment, stop by or call ex. 3118).
Directed Study Form (.pdf, 13K)
Complete and turn in to the Academic Dean's Office to pre-register for a non-independent study class that is being taken on an individual basis.
Independent Study Form (.pdf, 13K)
Complete and turn in to the Academic Dean's Office to pre-register for an independent study class.
Brescia Exchange Form (.pdf, 11K)
Complete and turn in to the Registrar's Office to pre-register for a Brescia class (fall and spring semesters ONLY).
Visiting Student Form (.pdf, 33K)
Complete this form to take a class at another school. If the class is for your major, be sure to ask your advisor if it will transfer as an equivalent course. If the class is to fulfill a general education requirement, discuss this with the Registrar. Turn in the completed form to the Registrar's Office.

If you do not plan to attend KWC and have already registered for classes, submit this form before the first day of classes to withdraw from school.
